Hey y’all! I am SO excited to FINALLY share Rosie’s nursery reveal. It only took me 6 months to finish her room and get this posted – I guess this is real life with 2 babies haha. 🙂

When I was designing Rosie’s nursery, I wanted it to be really feminine, but also very different from Olivia’s nursery. I am so thankful to be partnering with Project Nursery and Caitriona Boyd at The YouthfulNest to design her nursery.

For the nursery design with YouthfulNest, I told them my goals and the few pieces that I wanted to revolve/style the room around. We actually used a 3D room designer so I saw the exact layout of her room with everything in it- basically a sneak peek of what it will look like exactly, before anything was even put into her room. 🙂 It made is so easy to envision the space, move things around, and make small changes. It also made sure everything flowed together cohesively + was all complimentary design-wise!

YouthfulNest knocked it out of the park with the design and made everything so much easier for me. Rosie’s room was awkward for me to plan our in my own head because of the large window, closet placement, and it’s not perfectly square. I knew that I wanted a wallpaper accent all, and we designed around the entire wall. 🙂 I LOVE how it turned out and am so thankful to have worked with her on this project!

I am also so excited to be working with Project Nursery for Rosie’s room design. This is where we got her floral wallpaper (I’m obsessed!), her electric reclining glider, storage baskets, bunny art, and her adorable Rattan/wicker changing basket on her dresser. I love + trust so many of the brands that they carry, and they were so fun to work with throughout her nursery design from start to finish. 🙂

WALLPAPER

We went with the Edie Wallpaper by Loomwell from Project Nursery. It’s the mot beautiful pink and green floral design – the roses are so pretty and perfect for our Rosie girl. 🙂 So happy we went with a floral wallpaper for the accent wall! It truly makes the room and it was so easy to apply – took us maybe 2 hours from start to finish (with baby breaks haha).

I LOVED Olivia’s large monogram that we did over her crib in her nursery – it made such a statement and was so beautiful. I wanted something similar, but different and the cursive ‘rosie’ sign from D + 3 Designs is PERFECT! She did Olivia’s monogram sign too, and knocked it out of the park with the gorgeous gold name for Rosie!

Her room is painted in Sherwin Williams Snowbound + the trim is Extra White. Every room in our house is painted this way. 🙂

RUG

I wanted something really soft and feminine as the rug in her room, because it covers so much area! 🙂 I chose this Orian My Texas House Bluebonnets rug in ‘Ivory’ in the 8×10 size for her room because we have the same brand in our living room, and I LOVE it. They’re so easy to clean as they’re indoor/outdoor and it’s really soft too. It doesn’t shed and brightens up the room perfectly. It’s also available at Amazon and Wayfair! 🙂

GLIDER

Our Babyletto Kiwi glider in white linen is also from Project Nursery – currently sold out, but I’ll link it anyways as it will be restocked soon. 🙂 It’s super comfy, I LOVE the white linen color, and the electronic controls are wonderful. It reclines so easily and rocks really easily too. Love it!
