Hello friends! Where has September gone? It seems like I blinked and here we are in fall! The last 2 months I’ve been working SO hard with staying on top of clean eating and constantly working out. Focusing on nutrition and my overall health has been so important in my journey over the last couple of months – losing weight is awesome but feeling good – WOW! It’s life-changing. I feel so good.

Eating at home, making good choices, & planning ahead (as much as I can) has truly helped me be successful with everything I’ve been doing. My Walmart+ Membership has been instrumental for me staying on top of my goals. They make it so convenient to meal plan and get everything I need for the week. And when I forget or run of out something unexpectedly, I can have fresh groceries or essentials delivered right on our front porch as a soon as the same day from our local store (and only a $35 order min, restrictions apply!).

A staple meal for me has been smoothies. I have a smoothie every single day for breakfast and Walmart’s produce is so fresh and allows me to enjoy delicious smoothies every morning. I love buying the big containers of the Marketside organic baby spinach and I actually freeze it for my smoothies. It keeps it super fresh and adds some extra “ice” to my smoothie without diluting it with actual ice. My Walmart+ membership makes it so easy to make good choices for me and my family.

A few of my healthy food staples I order every week with Walmart+

Perfect Bars – eat these as my lunch – especially on busy days

Guacamole Minis – these are only avocados & they’re so good! Eat with turkey or with my eggs. So convenient. Whole avocados are a staple for me too – eat 1/2-1 daily for healthy fats and fiber. πŸ™‚

Fresh Blueberries – healthy fiber and so yummy as a snack

Chia Seeds – another great source of fiber – add 2TBSP to my smoothie every morning

Deli Turkey Meat – I LOVE the Butterball Oven Roasted Turkey Breast – comes from the deli, is so fresh, and perfect for lunch wraps. We put this in omelettes too!

Unsweetened almond milk – a daily staple – add 2 cups to my smoothie every morning

Frozen Strawberries – use every day in my smoothies

Marketside organic baby spinach – use in my smoothies to get my greens in

Ezekiel Bread – keep it in the freezer – clean bread and amazing for sandwiches and toast

I love that I can get everything I need to stick to my goals at an affordable price. With Walmart+ you get the same everyday low prices that you’d get in-store and you save SO MUCH TIME. I can sit in my bed at night and plan out my meals for the week, place the order, and that’s it. It’s seriously the best thing ever – I literally tell everyone about it when I’m out and about. It’s one thing we truly can’t live without.
