Hey y’all! I am SO EXCITED to share my results from FASTer Way to Fat Loss with y’all. I signed up January 28, and decided I was ready to lose that extra baby weight that was just hanging around! I’d seen so many other people have amazing success with it, so I was so hopeful when I signed up.

I committed so hard to this – probably harder than I’ve ever committed to any diet! I was so tired of not fitting into my old jeans and clothes, and just feeling ‘blah’ all the time. After I had Rosie, I honestly felt the least confident in my body that I think I’ve ever felt.I was just waiting and waiting for the extra 15lb of baby weight to start slowly coming off, but the scale wasn’t budging. I knew that I needed to make a change and I’m SO glad that I signed up for FWTFL literally on a whim one morning.

My Results

Starting Weight 159.8lb on 1/28/2020 // Ending Weight: 144.6lb 3/23/2020

Total weight lost – 15.2lb in 8 weeks

Measurements before + after

Waist @ smallest part – before: 33.5″ // after: 30″

Right Bicep before: 13.25″ // Left Bicep: 13″ // after: R: 11.25 ; L: 11.25″

Middle of Thigh before – R: 24″ ; L: 24″ // after: R – 20.5 ; L – 20.5″

Widest Part of Butt/Hips before: 44″ // after: 39.6″

total inches lost: 18.65″

I am seriously SHOCKED and so happy with my results. My goal was to be back to my pre-baby weight of 145 and I did it! ๐Ÿ™‚ & Honestly… FASTer Way to Fat Loss has been the easiest ‘diet’ I’ve ever followed. The hardest part is the first week figuring out the macros and using my fitness pal (you definitely need to upgrade to the pro version – makes life so much easier!). After the first week, maybe 2 weeks – it’s SO easy. I found meals that I really enjoyed and that were easy to make, and just repeated them often!

I have a lot of food tips + recipes saved on my ‘FWTFL food’ highlight on my Instagram. I pretty much eat the same thing for breakfast every day – but I love it and it makes it easy for me! For low carb days I always have 3 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 2 pieces of uncured bacon, and 1 whole avocado (~100g). On regular macro day, I have overnight oats or cooked oats – 1 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats either way with 1 cup of frozen blueberries.

go-to snacks

The two good yogurt is my fave – it’s sweetened with stevia so it’s approved and low carb! I get mine at Kroger or Publix. I have 1 serving a few nights a week as my ‘dessert’ with .5-1 cup of frozen blueberries + 1/2 serving of my fave safe & fair granola on top (the blueberry flavor is my fave, followed my birthday cake!).

These flat-out wraps are key for making the greek pizzas, pepperoni pizzas, and bbq chicken pizzas I always make! ๐Ÿ™‚

things I avoided

The program recommends you avoid processed foods, dairy, and gluten. I know I don’t have sensitivities to gluten or dairy, so I didn’t avoid them! I still tried to eat as ‘clean’ as I could and avoided overly-processed foods.

breastfeeding & FWTFL

I exclusively breastfed Rosie the entire time (& still am!), while I did Faster Way to Fat Loss. I didn’t have any supply issues whatsoever! On my low carb days, I did follow the recommended modifications of doubling my net carbs, and still had great results doing this the entire time! ๐Ÿ™‚

is the fasting hard?

The fasting is honestly one of my fave things that I’ve learned from the FWTFL program. Before starting, I didn’t realize how much i MINDLESSLY snack on junk at the end of the day watching TV. My fasting I do 7pm-11am, so I only eat from 11am-7pm. It sounds way harder than it is, and really helps me consume less foo throughout the day. I truly believe this helped me achieve my goals so much faster.

can you drink coffee during your fast?

Yes! The rule is keep whatever you’re drinking under 50 cals during your fasting window, and don’t have any fiber! A lot of people use the nut pods in their coffee, drink it black, or add creamer to keep it under 50 cal total. I LOVE these crystal light pure energy drinks – I get them from Amazon & they have as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. They taste AMAZING! They’re not fake sweet at all, and they’re sweetened with stevia – so they’re clean + FWTFL approved! I drink 1 every single morning and it helps me curb my appetite until I break my fast at 11am!

workouts

I walk on the treadclimber (I have the Bowflex TC200) for 30mins 3-5 days a week, and did Tone it Up 3-4 days a week with that for the first 6 weeks. I am now continuing to walk every day, because I enjoy it! I didn’t do any of the FWTFL workouts, but you totally can + I’ve heard they’re very effective.

my coach – kris mills

My coach is the best! When you sign up, you’re added to a facebook group with everyone else who started the same time as you. You can post questions, share meals + recipes and learn so much from everyone else doing it with you. The community is so helpful when getting started!

things I used to help me throughout the program

Food scale! This is so important! I weigh everything out to the gram! Is annoying at first, but you get used to it over time. Really helps with portion-control and dividing out meals when you meal prep!

I love these meal prep containers on Amazon – a must have when you make more than 1 meal at once. I also use them to make my overnight oats in & they’re so convenient. Drew also takes them to work!

Crystal Light pure energy – I love the strawberry lemon and mixed berry flavors! I get mine from Amazon & they’re prime! ๐Ÿ™‚

overall thoughts on the program

The program is pricey, but SO worth it. I’d pay for it again EVERY SINGLE TIME for the results I got. & they’re not temporary! & y’all get $50 off with code ‘STAYWELL’ when you use Kris Mills as your coach, which is amazing! I paid the full price for my own program! I am going to keep it off and feel so good. I also love that I’ve learned about fasting, and will still do it when I am not actively dieting or trying to lose weight. I’m so happy that I took the leap of faith – I truly feel the best + most confident I’ve ever felt. ๐Ÿ™‚
