Do Your Nails
I love doing my nails to take a little break – whether it’s mid day or at the end of the day, you can’t be on your phone or do anything else. It’s so nice nails knowing you did them too! π The Color Street nail strips are my absolute fave and give you a salon-perfect mani at-home or anywhere, any time! I can do both hands in about 10-15 mins. I also love to do them while watching one of my fave TV shows. Lately we’ve been binging Good Girls, Jane the Virgin, and the McMillions documentary! The color I’m wearing on my nails right now is the prettiest blue for spring called Aspen Sky.
Shave Your Legs
I don’t know about y’all but I love the feeling of silky smooth legs. I love to shave and then throw on my long shorts & just chill. There’s something so satisfying about freshly shaven legs. Take a Walk
I love starting my day and ending my day with a walk around my neighborhood. Just 30 mins can make a huge difference. Leave your phone and home or in your pocket (in case you really need it), and just take it all in. I love listening to the different sounds and just focusing on my breathing. Take a Bath
I loveeee taking a bath. I never thought I was a bath kinda girl until we got our new tub almost 2 summers ago. I would use that thing every day if I could – and now that I’m thinking about it, why can’t I? haha. It’s so relaxing and just feels SO good to submerge myself in the warm water and bubbles at the end of a long day. Foot Massage/Body Massage
I’ve always loved getting massages – I remember getting them when I was in high school and life was just *so* stressful lol. The foot massager is a huge hit with everyone that tries it. The neck massager is so freakin relaxing and really gets those tight spots/tension out from a long day.
