Happy Wednesday y’all! One request I’ve gotten A LOT lately is to share more work-friendly outfits with y’all! While I don’t go into the office every day for my job, I work for a huge corporation and definitely have to dress up every time I go out and meet with customers! 🙂 Work wear can be really expensive, an it isn’t always the cutest. I always try to purchase a couple new dresses every season, and then a skirt, pants, and a few tops. That way, it’s easy to mix and match outfits! I also love choosing tops that I can wear to work and then wear out! This top from The Copper Petal is a perfect example of this as it looks so cute with a dressy pencil skirt and with ripped jean shorts. I love the girly bell sleeves too!

I love white + navy together, especially in the summer. Choosing a neutral bottom/skirt allows a lot of flexibility with tops. The skirt I’m wearing I actually got a few years ago from J. Crew, but I searched high and low for very similar skirts for y’all! A style tip is definitely mix a fitted piece with a flowy piece, like I did here with my skirt + top! 🙂 I tend to spend more money on my staple pieces – bottoms and shoes – for the season than I do my tops. I love finding affordable tops (this top I’m wearing is only $20!!), so I don’t feel bad adding a few new ones every season! Work wear doesn’t have to be stuffy or boring, and with a few killer pieces, you’re always going look (& feel) your best!
